    Well built and sharp knives but poor quality sheath

    These knives are sharp and when the sheath is open all blades are exposed. The sheath protects the handles not the blades. To remove a blade you have to remove it by the blade and not the handle. This is a safety hazard that could lead to cut fingers. Simply said, the sheath when open should conceal the blades and not the handles.

    The knives are so sturdy, and the grip is very good. I tried meat cutting with this knife set, this Thanksgiving.. It worked out pretty good and ease to use.. I have tried vegetables too.. I just need to get more practice handling this now. As its so sharp, I'm a bit extra cautious. I've been loving it so far. Not too heavy to use...

    This is some massive hunks of metal in these knives. I can't enough good things. I bought these as a gift for my Son in law, and now I have a second set on the way for me.
