its only been two days with these cameras and it sure has worked well for its price. The first day we did have an offline issue but was quickly fixed by disconnecting and reconnecting the ethernet cable. I use this monitoring my kids inside the house. The solar panels don’t work where I have my cameras placed in the house. I do have one outside monitoring my deer plot that one has a solar panel hooked up and it stays charged even in the winter. You have to have Wi-Fi connection so it’s only 50 feet from my house. Update. The new solar panel didn’t fix the problem so Daisy from Customer Support said they would send me a replacement camera. Unfortunately the camera that I have was out of stock so they were sending me an updated model. I never expected that I would end up with a new and better camera. Delivered on time and fast, 2 days. Packaging was perfect. Presentation of the product inside the box showed they cared a lot about and, took great pride in, what they do and make. After following the first few steps of the quick start guide by connecting the base to the internet, turning on the cameras, and downloading the app, the system quickly took over and comprehensively finished the setup for me.
