Very happy with this camera! It's plug and play, the quality of the camera is excellent and has a lot of good features. It was very easy to mount and came with all hardware to accomplish this. We bought this camera due to its ability to pan 300°, 90° tilt function and cover a large area. The two-way audio is excellent added. The motion detection is great as well .The night vision on the camera is great quality! The app on your phone to operate the cameras is very easy to use. I've been running this system for over a year now and I really have liked the setup. The installation wasn't terribly difficult once I picked locations and ran the lines. The system for recording is generally easy to start up - it's the settings later that take some work to figure out. The cameras and their ability to follow movement are great and if you set things up right they can "hand off" to each other as movement goes to different areas.We have these split in exterior and interior locations with no issues in either placement. After our bullet camera system failed, we were looking for a better camera system with clear video that would leave no question about the identity of anyone entering our property or coming to our door. These cameras provide clear 5-megapixel pictures with all the features you could want. Color Night Vision, Vehicle or person tracking, and more! The setup and connectivity, cable length, and notifications were all just what we wanted. These cameras are affordable, and Hiseeu has Great Customer Service!

I have set up a cctv in our manufacturing plant but with a branded cctv. I wanted to setup another one in our house but I don’t want to spend so much money with the same brand we’re using in our plant. So I checked on amazon and found this product..At first, I was hesitant but maybe worth of try since it have a good reviews.When I received the product I tested it right away. And I was surprised that this product has the same powerful features as we have on our plant cctv. The cameras themselves are amazing, the price is perfect too. I have to speak of customer service, I had an issue with the NVR I contacted customer support. They were quick to reply to my email and without any hesitation replace my NVR. There was a setback with the shipping but he stayed connected with me through email kept me updated and re-shipped it, basically great customer support.. I'm extremely happy with the product AND their customer support.

11 months in. Two cameras stopped working. One camera inverted image and cannot be corrected via app or unit software. Set up was not difficult; however, software is lacking and difficult to navigate.I liked the power over ethernet option and the tracking is excellent.I dont know if I can get replacement cameras as I see the feedback from other users regarding customer service.Buyer beware.
