This is the second Hiseeu Security System I have purchased for my house, had I not been smarter I would have purchased a 16 camera system. Still I Love my Hiseeu Security Systems !! Being a disabled senior citizen I had a friend help me install the cameras due to using a ladder to install the cameras, After that it was very user friendly and the customer support was top notch as Fardeen helped me with all I needed !!! Pros:* Pictures are very clear with good motion detection.* Motion detection at night in color with camera flashlight turned on in Guard Viewer app.* Value for the money* The Guard Viewer app is user friendly.2. Cons:* On system restart, the camera connecting to A8 system connector sometimes keeps video flickering. Restarting the system one or several times fixes the issue. The issue will reappear when restarting the system again. Swapping A8 connector with a known working cable and camera won't resolve the issue.Update: The latest firmware that I received on 12/04/24 resolves the video fli

Great cameras, no batteries to replace. This is a no-nonsense system with all of the basics- privacy zones, date and time stamped video with playback, external access (you provide the internet if desired), and great 4K cameras.

I was greatly disappointed by this product when the cameras were installed. Before I purchased this item, I made sure to read the features that the camera system offers and I read through the different reviews for this camera system. Home security was easy to install

The wire was a slight pain but the cameras work amazingly well and the alarm storage is plentiful for what we need it for. I have had zero issues with the cameras after I figured out how to set them up how I needed the alarms to go off and the app is easy to navigate so I can watch the feed or alarms from my phone

I bought this DVR system. This one is much better than another brand I bought years ago. I had a few questions and contacted customer service. They were great! They responded quickly and gave me clear instructions. I appreciate there is still companies that care about customer service.
