The screen and camera system are of great clarity. However, I have ended up buying three systems because the mouse after several months stops working, thus not letting you access to all the functions. My third mouse again just stopped working, but I again am beyond their return date.

Wow. This setup is amazing ! Big jump from my lower resolution setup. HISEEU has been very good to me, I and my friend have purchased a few systems. I finally went 4k and am very happy with the products, service and after sale questions and answers. Great system, good quality video for a few days, then the internal 1Tb Hd stopped working. It won’t format, so it won’t record. Factory reset didn’t help. Frustrating. Customer support contacted, I’ll adjust my review if they quickly fix or replace. Or I’ll be returning.

This company has been wonderful, my cameras made a ticking sound and they sent me a new set. I'm still unable to put the new set up and waiting on a friend to do it. They don't push the issue to send old set back so they can look into why the ticking noise is there. Which I'll be doing as soon as I can get someone to put them up for me.
