ONWOTE 4K NVR 8 Channel Security System, 4X 8MP 2 Way Audio IP PoE Cameras

This is my first security camera system that I have owned. I installed it and set it up myself. It was fairly easy to set up, running of the wires were a tad difficult but not hard by any means. I am very impressed with picture quality and detection sensors, you do have to change some of the settings to get it to where you prefer it. Just playing with it for a little bit I got it dialed in to where we like it. I would recommend this system to friends and family. I am sure there are better more expensive systems but this one works great so far for our security comfort.

Let me start by saying that their customer service is fantastic. I had some issues at first that honestly aren't even worth mentioning here because it was due to some technical difficulties that they immediately reached out to me to solve. I'm not sure exactly what linda's role is at the company , but she is the one that reached out to me and actively worked to solve any issues that I had.As far as the system itself, It works better than I expected. Hello,I recently purchased the LongPlus Smart 4K 8‑channel 12MP system, and I am extremely satisfied with the product. My previous system was a different brand with only 5MP resolution, so this has been a significant upgrade.I completed the installation myself using only a drill, a Phillips bit, and a ladder. UPDATE: After just a few months the system will no longer connect to the network. I can not monitor via my phone and keep getting network error messages. The camera wiring is sub par to put it nicely. The Ethernet connectors corroded and no longer connect to the system. My advice is to find cameras that can withstand being out in the weather and that the connections are waterproof. Update 7.30The app is still not functioning well. It is slow to load cameras, if it loads them at all, so when you are out you can't see what is going on at home; I've gone from getting notifications every two minutes to zero notifications. I shrunk the detection zone, made adjustments to the detection sensitivity endured detection time is accurate, made sure the green shield was on, and made sure notifications were allowed in my phone settings for this app. It simply is not working. We took a chance with this product and aside from one camera being defected which the company immediately replaced, they all worked great. As we awaited the replacement camera which did arrive within 7 days Caitlyn from LongPlus customer support maintained clear communication with us. When the replacement arrived I install it and now all the cameras are on full view. Worth it totally and do keep in mind they only communicate by email, Yet they do respond to the emails accurately. I would defiantly recommend LongPlus Security Cameras.

This camera system is amazing!!! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for crystal clear cameras with amazing night vision, wide angle coverage, 24-7 recording. Ai technology and the app is awesome. For the price this is the best system on the market. And Zoey is a big help as well. I had another system from another company and this blows it away.
