    Excellent customer service

    Followup, i have eight of these cameras, and i'm satisfied with them.I contacted the company and they sent me two different firmwares to update the cameras which they're working much better than before.Negatives..Fragile mounting bracket made out of cast brittle aluminum, very hard to mount with little diameter screws, screw heads strip too easy, the bracket does not have enough slide lip to securely fashion the camera body to the mount. the camera is hard to turn and adjust to get the cable outlet to line up where you want to go against your house wall or ceiling.

    I put this on my system as a replacement to my other cameras. I like the two way communication. Picture is good.Bought another one to add to my system.Quality seems really well.Picture turns black and white, till something activates the camera at night,and it goes into color.

    Great camera. Beautiful clear picture. You can talk two way and listen to the outside sound. The quality is great. I purchased the nvr with 4 cameras. Bought additional cameras.
