This was my first time buying this brand of camera. I was looking for a new camera system to replace my old Anran NVR and this one hit most of the main features I wanted. We bought the 8 camera set with the hub and have been happy with the system so far. We love the 24 hour recording. It is really nice to be able to go back and review footage. Also, this system was really simple to set up. Plug everything in and the cameras connect automatically. We added an additional camera a few weeks after and it was easy to connect. The cameras are wireless but have wired power so no battery changing. I bought splitters for the power cable and was able to run 2-3 cameras off one power supply.

Great set of cameras and very user friendly. Easy to set up and use. I have eight cameras and have every inch of my property covered. It’s very easy to use the app to check on cameras. Notifications can be a downside because it sometimes alerts to things (like spiderwebs). House feels very safe and secure. Highly recommend

This system is well beyond my expectations considering the price point.The video quality is excellent.There have been a few major storms pass through since the installation of the system has begun. The cameras have held up well to the weather.There been a couple of occasions that required support. The Hiseeu customer service is at least as good as any other company I have dealt. In fact their response time is the fastest I have ever experienced.I enlisted the help of a neighbor who is experienced with security system. This is a nice product. Easy to setup and works well. The only issue is that it has one USB port at the back so you will need a USB hub with at least two ports so that you can. have a USB Drive and the mouse connected at the same time. The Camera numbers could be marked on the boxes to reduce the likelihood of mixing up the order of the Camera. You will need to mark them yourself before mounting them. Nonetheless, I would buy it again.

Camera resolution and reception works well. The central unit can get detect a camera I have placed 50 feet away on the outside. So far have not experience many camera disconnections. This is very useful to prevent worrying about if the cameras are online. Recording is working great. Can playback and review easily.Would like to see additional functionality to sound audible alert on the selected cameras on human detection, for example, the front door, or back yard.Customer service responsive if support is needed.
