I had some pizza on a plate. I took the knife and cut the pizza smaller because I got it from Costco and it was huge. The knife was so sharp and cut through the pizza and threw the paper plate lol I’m very happy with it. It is exactly what I wanted.

I find these knives to be well-balanced and truly ergonomic. They come nicely packaged with both tip and heal guards. The etching is pretty rather than garish (as some Damascus-like knives can be) These are sharp, but I found the utility knife to be rather dull compared to the others: unfortunately, that is the knife I would use the most. I got this set on sale and I definitely think they were worth that price. The knives are pretty and they were great. I read some reviews that said the handles are heavy. I was surprised that they were actually pretty late and very comfortable to hold. It’s a perfect set as it is not too much ideal for almost every need in the kitchen.
