Great computer, absolutely am thrilled with it! Performs extremely well, no hardware issues at all. Very fast!Tested it on Fortnite, and can play on High Graphics, seeing the grass and leaves on the trees, which is a huge step up from my last laptop.You can hear the fans when you are heavily using graphics, but not in a terrible way, just fans doing fan things.Battery life is good, but not great. Laptop fans are too loud, even on Acer’s “Silent Mode”
I bought this laptop since I was going into engineering and needed something that could do light tasks and eventually support CAD and other heavy duty tasks. The specs are good for the price and the screen quality is amazing. I’m sure it performs as advertised for gaming, but do not buy this if you plan on using it in quiet places! After optimizing this for battery efficiency (setting all windows settings to best power efficiency, refresh rate to 60hz, and setting it to Acers “Silent Mode”), the laptop was still loud. I would be just browsing google chrome, and the fan speeds would be noticeab

Be cautious before you buy an Acer laptop
Be very cautious before you buy an Acer laptop. I bought this laptop because of the features and the competitive price. If I could redo, I would not have made the purchase. It appears that the Acer utility software does not work well with Windows 11. I have many problems that should be easy to fix but after weeks of research the problems still exist. Plus, Acer customer support is useless. Also, my research has identified that the Acer laptops are full of problems, hardware and software.
