I purchased this product for my grandson who is going away for college. He has no prior experience in cooking and with minor guidance, he was able to cook rice. The quality and texture were perfect for his taste. Instructions were very easy to follow.I considered many other rice cookers before selecting this one. The handle is what made me select this product. It will avoid touching a hot surface when removing the inner part from the heating element. It is small but big enough to cook rice for 2-3 meals. Easy to use and easy to clean. I highly recommend it for college students.

It's a nice cooker. Very happy that I got this. Looks very nice compared to other cookers. Cooks fast. I can cook more than rice in it. My only issue is that the interior lining gave way, so things tend to stick to the inside of the cooker but other than that; it's great for the price.

Its a paper weight. I was bamboozled. The pot does not trigger the button on the heating element. This is a manufacturer defect others have had it as well. So it never cooks. It just snaps back to warm. I tried to work with Amazon they gave me the manufacturer website. I sent 3 emails to the address they listed, and they all came back undeliverable. Very disappointing and no rice for me 😞

My family are rice eaters and we used to have one of those big and bulky rice cookers. They did the job but took up too much counter space. Plus, there was always rice left over that never got used. If you only want enough for 1-2-3 people, this Topwit model fills the bill.It takes up very little space, cooks the rice perfectly, and there's nothing that goes to waste. On top of that, it looks great. I wish we would have gone this way years ago.
