AUTO-VOX 2 Solar Backup Camera Wireless for RVs, Flexible Monitoring

I purchased this camera system to go on my older model truck and a RV travel trailer. It is the perfect product for me, it was easy and quick to install and works perfectly. The cameras have strong magnet mounts. I have driven on some rough roads and the cameras did not move at all. The screen image is excellent. I bought this camera to mount in my horse trailer to monitor the horses while I am travelling. It is very easy to install, and the magnetic attachment kept the camera in place, even on bumpy dirt roads. The picture on the front screen is very sharp and I love the feature of seeing both cameras at once if. You mount two. I am not using the solar, just charging with the included cord. The batteries last a LONG time. You can put it on and on/off timer so when you press the button the cameras come on for 240seconds, then off to save camera battery, or you can have it always on. Very impressed by this set up. Cameras are very robust. Construction and materials far exceeded my expectation based on price. Brackets, camera magnets, simplicity of syncing are first class. The monitor is a bit small, but picture is bright and clear. Range surprised me as I had an image on the monitor from over 400ft away. My previous 3 camera, wireless set up was nearly $900. This set exceeds the capabilities of the last set in nearly every category.So many options available to assist with parking, leveling, hook up number. They’re great.

We bought the two-camera model. We lost one of the cameras, but had the second as a backup - until that stopped working. The camera unit doesn't seem to be able to charge. When I connect through the USB-C port to charge it, the red light blinks, but never changes or charges properly. Auto-Vox's trouble-shooting steps say that might indicate insufficient power from the charger, but I checked the specs and it should be getting more than enough voltage and amperage. (I've also tried a number of different chargers and cables, with the same results.) My email to Auto-Vox support has not been answer

This set up is perfect for our RV, set up was very easy. The quality is good and the magnets are very strong. I use mine as a back up cam, and when we are stationary they work great as simple security system.
