I bought this to cook in my semi truck. Best little cooker!! It's not huge but it's not small either. On the high setting it'll really turn butter Brown very quickly. The bottom stays cool to the touch. I cook it inside my Kenworth t680 on one of the flat surfaces. I highly recommend this pan.
