JOEAONZ Island Range Hood 36 Inch 700 CFM Stainless Steel Ceiling Mount

This range hood is nice quality and came packed pretty well. We had to cut the stainless steel sleeves to fit our application. Installation wasn't too bad. It took us about 3 hours (2 people) including time to install extra support in the ceiling. It works well and looks fantastic! It's definitely worth the money. We love the 4 lights as well. Getting the blue protective coating completely off requires time and patience so don't get in a rush.

Purchased less than two years ago prior to the kitchen remodel. The hood has been in use for 9 months before the fan motor stopped working. I've contacted the manufacturer (quick response time) for a new motor which they said they don't have but usually they will send a whole new range hood unit. However since I purchased it 22 months ago and their warranty is 12 months they will only offer a discount on the purchase of a new replacement.... just ranting now! So, should I gamble and spend another $350 for something that might not last 12 months? And now my $350 hood will become my $700 hood? I

Edit: dropping the stars down to 2. Sadly you cannot purchase replacement baffles (the wire mesh filters, NOT charcoal ones). Despite reaching out to the manufacturer, and going back and forth with them via email, they were very insistent as to WHY I want to buy replacements. I explained that I dropped one and the frame cracked and I just want to buy a few so I don’t have a problem in the future. They demanded photos. I told them I was not interested in doing any of this - are they available for purchase or not? Then they ghosted me… refused to respond to me further. So - you now have TWO star

Unit is poorly packaged and constructed of paper-thin stainless steel which does not survive the shipping. Product arrived with multiple damaged bent panels, and the amazon return window is only hours to return, so it cannot be turned. Complete waste of money!!!!!!!!!

I purchased this hood vent for a client of my remodeling business. They wanted black and loved the design. When the appliance arrived, the box was damaged. Upon removing the item, the duct cover was terribly damaged. Still the client wanted this look. I ordered another. It came the same way. The damaged portion was the same in both boxes. It was the upper portion of the decorative duct cover. Teh first was damaged beyond use. The 2nd, was also damaged. However, because the 2 piece duct cover extends or contracts according to ceiling height, the damage on the 2nd appliance was able to be concea

Excellent Island hood. Could also be used against a wall between cabinets. Good quality. Old school push button operation which came in handy with my wife’s poor vision concerns. Better than average suction. Not that noisy. I would highly recommend this for someone updating their kitchen or replacing an old hood.

This hood range was easy to install, has 2 fan speeds, and the lights are nice and bright over the stove and cooking area. We love the sleek look and it does a fantastic job! Highly recommend this product.
