This is a great hood for my average size gas stove. The item arrived very well packaged and protected. I had it professionally installed, man has got to know his limitations, and it looks wonderful in the kitchen. The item feels well constructed, panel is very responsive to the hands free gestures and I am thrilled with the four ventilation power settings to achieve that extra drawing power for those steak night sears offs. I love cooking and was tired of the over the stove microwave very which was not getting it done and I'd be rewarded on a regular basis with my smoke alarms going off. Metal

Look how terrific our IKTCH range hood finishes off our kitchen update. This replaced an over the stove microwave with a fan that was useless. My husband installed as soon as we completed the tile backsplash. Easy peasy install.Great lines, sleek & so easy to clean. Filters pop out & I put right in the dishwasher. So easy to use - just wave your hand over the controls to increase/decrease fan speed.Very pleased with our purchase.

Overall a good product. The range hood moves air out well - suction power is good. We used to smell the food all over the house previously when cooking. With this hood, the smells, smoke and moisture are gone and the fan does its job well.A few issues though - the fan sound is not uniform. It waxes and wanes (buffeting noise). This can be irritating to some. The included vent tube is flexible 4" metal tube. It does create more noise and is less efficient. Finally, the hand motion sensor is temperamental - inconsistent.I suggest using smooth metal pipe if possible to have cleaner, less noisy ai

The range hood is really nice, seems very solid anof a good quality. I contacted the seller to see if they offered a chimney extension for this range hood. The customer support representative who assisted me who’s name is Emma, was extremely helpful. I really appreciate the great customer service offered by this company. very, very noisy even on low speed. Very temperamental with the buttons. Sometimes the light button goes on and off and other times you are standing there waiting and waiting for it to respond.

Great product and great customer service. This is the second one we buy for two diff properties and they are awesome, on my recent one the vent panels were not closing properly and were making noise, we contacted customer service and Emma helped a lot, she sent us a repalcement for the panels and no more noise. I will deff recomend to everyone.
