Range hood after purchase, customer service excellent
IKTCH customer service name is “April” was great and helpful. This looks amazing, elegant. However, the motion censor was defected not working. Had to contact IKTCH customer service after purchase. There is no phone number, had to do it through email. Customer service lady name April was quick and responsive. I gave her the wrong model number but she was smart to double check with me for the right model and sent me a new motion censor panel quickly. It was easy to install the replacement, and everything works well and looks nice.

very powerful and quiet
This replaces a 400 cfm fan that was installed when our house was built. A 400 cfm max fan was required by code without some sort of permanent air replacement built into the house design. 400 cfm won't suck a finch fart out of a bird box. This fan very effective, clears smoke even when pan searing a steak over high heat. I did find that accessing two of the four mounting screw holes was a little difficult, but the install went well overall.

Love the Look; Doesn't Perform as Expected
I love the look of this hood and it really compliments my new kitchen; however, it arrived with scratches and dents on the chimney. Also, it is only made for a 9 ft ceiling and I have a 10' ft ceiling, (no chimney extention is available) so we had to trim out the top, which looks nice, and I did already know that before I ordered so I'm not rating it 3 stars for that reason. Now for the downside. It gets 3 stars because it comes on whenever it feels like it, almost every day, sometimes multiple times per day. 2nd time is a charm
Our 1st order of the IKTCH 36-inch Wall Mount Range Hood arrived with a fully shattered glass. It was returned. Sent a message to IKTCH via their website. They were responsive and offered support. The 2nd order arrived in one piece. Since we were replacing a similar but an older hood range, installation was easy as power and duct were already in place. Everything seems to be working fine and more powerful. The hand gesture is fun and helpful, but the lamps are not very bright.

Over priced.
First, the price is too high.And I had a professional install it for me. And that cost a lot too .2nd, the suction power is the same as the other vents. No difference in my experience.3rd, it looks very nice. That’s a plus.But it is very noisy. And It shakes when it is in 2,3,&4th setting.An who is going to keep uninstalling it to fix it or to return it?I give it 3 stars and say it’s over rated and over priced.
