Excellent tool for the workshop workbench.I love being able to adjust the voltage and amperage. This has allowed me to test so many other items than my old 12volt power supply. I've even been able to repower totally dead rechargeable tool batteries. This has worked on my Ryobi, Milwaukee and DeWalt batteries. This Variable Power Supply is now a permanent fixture on my workbench.

I love this thing. I mess around with alot of used/old tech and many come without the power packs. With this I can dial in the volts and amps, even below 1amp. It even has an alarm if you cross live wires. It was a good buy!

This thing is awesome! I just wish I knew how to use it. My ignorance should not reflect poorly on the product. It is light, durable, and the controls are easy to manage.I have used it for troubleshooting circuit problems and also for rust electrolysis on a whole bunch of tools in my barn.I recommend this product for DIY’ers

Works ok, regulation and ripple are what you’d expect for the price.It has some issue starting up when current limit set below 100mA. For example, set it to 5.00Vdc at 0.020A with a small load (LED and current limiting resistor) and it will go right into overcurrent mode when enabling output. Circuit should only be drawing 15mA or so. Same if no load at all. I thought it was defective until I turned current up to 100mA.Not a deal breaker for most cases; just something to be aware of.

This power supply is way better than it should be for its price point! Nice heavy duty case with plenty of ventilation, huge cooling fan, and good strong buttons with a nice easy to read face with very crisp digits on the display.I also like that it has an overcurrent protection and cutoff switch for the output. First class all the way!

I'm just a hobbyist so I'm sure that if I were trying to use this professionally I would have some different requirements, but for just powering random circuits it works great.The controls are kind of weird, but usable once you figure it out. It's difficult to see the labels on each knob because they're blocked by the knob itself. They should've honestly just had pushbuttons or something, the knobs make it more difficult to use.The "settings" are completely unintuitive and the manual is difficult to understand in places, but you can silence the beeping if you want. Problem: Supply limited to a maximum of around 145 Watts output and not full RATED power (300 Watts) . Supply Voltage 115 VAC.All 4 supplies, had the same exact failure mode -- current becomes permanently limited to 7A maximum with a 10A set CURRENT LIMIT.
