I was hesitant to buy a cheaper bench power supply, but the huge pile of glowing reviews swayed me. I am quite happy with it. Works perfectly. Only issue I had was with very low voltage - I can't get a stable output under about 0.9V.Had to whip up a little voltage divider circuit to generate 300mV and 600mV stable for oscilloscope calibration but it was able to handle the rest of the cal range up to 17V without a problem. Comes with a decent set of output cables - banana jack with alligator clips.Wish all my equipment had this awesome blacked-out finish - I love it - looks great.

Pros:The NICE-POWER DC power supply works flawlessly. The digital display is bright and easy to read, and it delivers accurate voltage and current stability for my electronics projects. It's incredibly compact and lightweight, making it a perfect fit for a crowded workbench. Outstanding value for the price!​Cons:Everything works absolutely fine, but the cooling fan can get a bit noisy when operating under load.​Verdict:Despite the minor fan noise, it performs excellently for its price point. Highly recommended for hobbyists!

My first round of testing has me quite impressed for the price. I will update my review later if something changes, but it appears that this will work well for low voltage tinkering (arduinos, pis, etc).My initial voltage readings by range:0.0v - 0.7v: Pretty spotty. Voltage was mostly correct, but would waver up and down a LOT. I wouldn't use it for anything below 0.7v (not sure this would ever come up anyway).0.7v - 3.3v: Good, but a little off, within 1% - 2% of expected voltage. Should be perfectly fine unless you need very exact voltage for some reason (and if you do, don't buy a $30 benc

I hooked this up to a load and drove it nice and hard, 30V 5A. I "only" saw a couple hundred mV of noise on the output, and when delivering 150W the PSU only consumes 175W, so it is quite efficient. The case never became warm during my hour-long test. The fan is always on and somewhat loud, but I didn't expect thermostatic control at this price point.This is my second NICE-POWER product. The 120VDC 3A unit I purchased previously was also a bargain that has performed admirably. For applications like LED strips, ZVS drivers, or electroplating, the slight noise on their outputs isn't a problem.

I bought it in Oct 2023. It's easy to use, I used a few times. But it does not show the charge current any more since yesterday. I can set voltage and current, but when it's charging, the current amperage always stay zero, the voltage changes.Otherwise it can be 4 star for its price and value.Updated on 3/21/2024, I talked with seller, they responded quickly, verified the problem, and refunded without sending back the unit. They are reliable, responsible seller.

Not the cleanest output, but it's compact and functional. I bought this as a secondary supply to use along with a fancier one. In that capacity I highly recommend it. Great for powering digital rails and the like.One quirk I've noticed that's slightly annoying: The display shows 3 digits, but the user interface actually has 4. You can tell, because when you have no digit selected and rotate the knob 10 times, the 1st decimal place increments. My OCD now requires me to turn the knob back and forth after every adjustment to find that threshold, so that the hidden digit is 0.

Using this to keep a 276ah LTO Scib bank in my car audio build topped off at 16v. At that voltage it will start off at 5amps and works its way down to a 0.3a trickle as the battery reaches capacity. I leave it on for weeks at a time without issue.

I use this to power a LiPo battery charger and it works great.
