The glare protection is pretty good, though I think some glare may be inevitable with a curved monitor. My flat has windows in every direction, and I've definitely had to close curtains more often. The good: Build quality of the monitor is excellent. It looks beautiful on your desk. It works fine with both Mac and Windows. The built in KVM works OK but does have a hiccup occasionally. Pretty typical of KVMs. The drop down USB ports are nice. Speakers are nothing to write home about but they make noise.The annoying: There is nowhere near enough curve for a screen this size. It's something like 3800. It's nearly flat and picks up glare from everything in the room. In a dark room, maybe you could deal with it but, in my room office. Bought this for $1,250 in August 2024. Worked great until the USB-C port failed. On a monitor that markets itself as a "USB-C Hub Monitor," that's not a minor issue. It's the entire value proposition. Without it, the USB hub, camera, audio routing, and single-cable setup all stop working.This monitor has a 3-year warranty with Advanced Exchange service. I had my Service Tag, my Amazon receipt, and a clear hardware failure well within the warranty period.
