    Warm and cozy!

    Installation was a breeze, love the thermostat setting and the fact that it has natural looking yellow/orange flames! Added blower for even more heat, very satisfied!

    Nice stove with issues.

    Stove works as it should, puts out good heat and looks really nice. Door will not close all the way, which may turn into a safety issue. I purchased the optional side shelves, but stove was not drilled properly, so I had to drill new holes on one side of the stove. I also had to buy longer screws to attach the shelves, but that was the fault of the shelf maker for not providing the correct size.

    Hooked it up today. Installation was easy and straightforward. I didn't run into any problems whatsoever. So far, the stove works great - I'm pleasantly surprised. I was iffy on this purchase for a few reasons , namely because the reviews are all over the place, but at this price point there really just isn't too much out there. And it looks great! This thing def puts out a lot of heat. I'm actually wondering if there is a way to dial the flame down? Remote works well - no problems and not nearly as complicated as some other reviewers make it out to be. All in all I'm very happy I took a chanc

    don't buy a brand based on previous good experience with that brand. Read all reviews.

    BAD Customer Support: I had a plumber hook it up for natural gas. It wouldn't flow. THEN adjusted the incoming gas pressure valve on the unit because I was told our gas pressure was too high. Now I get the pilot but only when I've turned the gas off then on while also turning the unit's gas dial to "off" then "pilot" then "on"...At that point I can manually start the stove. I have to manually turn it off UNLESS it decides to turn itself off.I spent all winter manually turning it on every morning. IT DOES NOT respond to the internal thermostat.Several phone calls to CS with slightly helpful com

    Warm and inexpensive to operate!

    Love our gas stove! I used it everyday I'm an early riser heats up fast the area I'm in, and I don't have to run it long..... my bill is lower than anyone I know. Love it! On and off as needed every day.......
