I use it every day, sometimes twice a day. I've made thin steak, grilled cheese, tortillas with some chicken and cheese, eggs, fried potatoes and banana pancakes in this. It wipes off clean really easy, you can control temperature on it. I've made steak and eggs on one side while toasting my bread on the other side. You have to watch it, so it doesn't burn. But I'm pretty positive I'll be still using it every day. I love it! I use some coconut oil for my eggs and most of the food I make but I'm sure it'll work with a bit of olive oil.Also, it reheats pizza amazingly. The crust doesn't burn but

Works great for making quesadillas, so easy to clean. The other quesadilla makers squish them and ooze out the cheese all over the side of the maker making it a nightmare to clean. This is deep, so that any cheese that squeezes out does not ooze over the side and makes it so easy to clean.

Package was delivered with piece broken off. Still worked well. I made quesadillas and it cooked great. Heats up really well. The device doesn’t have a timer on it, but the light turns green when ready. Easy to clean.

This Electric Griddle does a great job with making quesadillas. It makes them crispy which is whst I wanted. Fuss free and no dishes to wash aftwards! The size is great for small or medium sized shells. The heat distribution is good. It is a well made ordict.
