GIGABYTE B760I AORUS PRO (LGA 1700/ B760/ Mini-ITX/ DDR5/ Dual M.2/ PCIe 4.0/ USB 3.2 Gen2X2 Type-C/WiFi 6E/ Intel 2.5GbE LAN/Q-Flash Plus/Motherboard)

Recently bought the GIGABYTE B760I AORUS PRO motherboard and after a few weeks of testing here is the review:Compact Yet Mighty (★★★★★):This little MOBO surprised me. The B760I AORUS PRO is designed to be small, i am using this in a NZXT H1 and cannot reccomend it enough for a mini itx build! It is so feature rich and fits neatly into compact builds without sacrificing any performance. PCIE gen 4 for your NVME drives Im getting 3.7gb disk usage in steam downloads - 2 NVME slots and DDR5 RAM slots are a must, definitely worth getting the pro and splashing on some DDR5 6000mhz RAM.User-Friendly

I love it! It was an awesome upgrade to my small mITX case and has all the connections I could need, plus having the extra USB headers, the 2 NVME slots, large RAM capacity, SATA headers, and Wi-Fi + Bluetooth chip are so nice to have in this. And the 5v + 12v LED headers to control the lighting through the OS were cherries on top!As I said at the start, I love it and it was an awesome upgrade!If I were building another mITX build, then I would choose this mobo again for sure!

It's a nice board, does almost everything I need. This board does support ddr5, there some conflicting info on the listing and website, but there's a ddr4 version and ddr5.It's mITX, if you're not going to include a error display because of form factor, ok I get it. However you should probably include a speaker. At the very least you should make the leds included on the board function as some kind of error reporting, rather than just pretty rainbow colors as my pc hangs on boot.I spent 3 hours tearing apart and testing a sff pc, only to discover 1 ram stick could no longer boot under xmp. Led backlighting is decent… wish the gigabit fusion had just a bit more options (eg leds on lowest brightness is still a smidge too bright).Main m.2 slot heatsink although robust is foolishly designed, needed to modify (with proper height thermal pads) to get good ssd temps with a gen 4 990 pro. Defective wifi 6 card, worked intermittently for about 15 min then that was it. Wiggled the antenna ports and the small part that is exposed under the vrm heat sink and that prompted it to work again for a few minutes then gone again. My only thought is a bad m2 drive but for the money and hassle of building the whole computer then a full strip down and return process to only get Amazon credit really burned me so 1 star.

Couldn’t find a good deal on a decent ITX mobo so I took a shot with a “Like New” one. I gotta say, this was drastically undervalued but absolutely to my benefit. First off the shock that this board comes with a backplate that includes a built in heatsink for the additional M.2 slot was absolutely fantastic. I do not understand why more mobo manufacturers don’t do this exact thing for ITX boards. So helpful for SFF builds. I’ve been using this board in a Fractal Design Ridge for a family room PC and it’s absolutely brilliant. Almost made me want to switch out my other SFF mobo for another one

I used this motherboard to do my first mini itx build. Everything went pretty smooth and I really liked the bios flash button, 3 case fan plugs and the 2 m.2 slots on the motherboard. I paired this motherboard with an Intel i7 14700k and had no trouble updating the bios with the flash bios USB port. The motherboard box also came with adapters to help utilize the 2 fan ports on the top right of the board. If you want to add more than 4 fans and one CPU pump/cooler you'll definitely need some fan spliters. The only Issue I had was with my front panel switches which aren't labeled on the MB where
