This is a superb motherboard. There are lots of Pros, so I'll focus on the only Cons I came across. I tested this motherboard in Windows 11 Pro. The network Ethernet driver adapter Marvell AQtion is good but a bit dummy. If you change Wake on Lan settings it hangs as it's unable to negotiate with the motherboard the new changes and loses connection to the internet. The only way to bring it back to life is by turning the power off from the PSU and unplugging the cable from the wall as well, wait for 10 seconds and turn on and plug everything again. Great motherboard from a great manufacturer gigabyte does it again makes a very solid motherboard with great features and definitely worth the price can’t go wrong with this motherboard. It also supports the newest 270 K plus processor which is great.

DOA. When the package was delivered, the box was already showing usage. Components were provided but the board didn’t power up at all. No mater what method I tried to troubleshoot, no power to the board. The PSU used to attempt to power it, does work, but the board didn’t even budge. Had to return it.

It's a board, it's z890, it ticks all the boxes on paper. The AI snatch tool wouldn't work for me, preventing posting after using their recommended settings. The marvell lan adapter sucks. A lot. It constantly disconnects itself from the whole system and can only come back with a cmos reset, or unplugging and discharging power. Tons of USB support. My understanding is every motherboard that uses the marvell 10gbe acq103/107 has these issues. So I can't fault gigabyte alone, but as it stands I can't recommend this board

Really nice mobo for the price. I got mine for $250.00. It’s got a ton of usb ports that I needed for all my peripherals. Bios is simple to figure out also.

There are defects, the RGB lighting software is very poorly made, and the motherboard will report a fault code when a second monitor is plugged into it.
