    Beware of Open Box sold as New

    Ordered three. Received one new one and two open box ones. The new one works well as a budget board. The only issue is the Gigabyte utilities wouldn't work without a BIOS update which was cumbersome without the utilities.Returned the two open box motherboards. One clearly had damage to the CPU socket and thermal paste residue around it.One tell that the motherboard has been used is the button cell battery. On the new one, the battery was at an angle requiring it to be pushed down. On the two open box motherboards, the battery was seated and one had a fingerprint in the center.
