Cute game. I would say it’s more intricate than OG life game but my 4 year old can still play. You basically try to collect stars, than after you have at least 2, you can make your way to Bowzer to spin to try to defeat him. Must spin a 12, each star is extra +1. Gives it a different feel than life and we enjoy it!

This is a great junior edition of the classic game Life. My 5 year old loves it. This game does run a bit different, so reading the directions is important. My child loves the action cards. I like that they include a symbol that allows my child to identify if its something she needs to look at the picture to act out, or something that needs to be read to her. It helps allow this game be more independent where otherwise all the reading would make it a bit more of a challenge. The money is just $1 bills, so I cannot say this game helps with learning how to use money at all. Wish it at least work
