    A nice knife set but probably NOT for a chef

    I wanted to wait awhile to review these knives so that I actually had some time to use them. Let me preface this by saying that I am by no means a chef…not a professional one, not an amateur one, really not much of a cook at all, if I’m being honest. But I am trying to get better at it, and my least favorite part is the chopping and dicing and all of the preparation, so I thought that perhaps having a legit set of knives would make that part a little easier. So far, I can attest to the fact that yes, for a novice like myself, these do seem to be good quality knives, and are definitely much sha

    Beautiful and very sharp

    You need to be very careful! These are extremely sharp. It went through a watermelon skin like it was butter. They are beautiful craftsmanship and rust resistant. You can clean them easily, just keep the blade facing away from you. Very good value for your money. I especially like these better than paring knife.

    Was disappointed with out of box sharpness. Blunt edge. Probably would have had better results using the spine or bolster to cut. Looks cool but performs like trash. Expact to spend some time on a wet stone putting on an edge.

    Great knives!!

    OMG! These knives are amazing! They look beautiful and are very, very sharp. They are comfortable to work with and quality is top notch! They are worth every penny since you are getting a durable, comfortable, and reliable product.

    Gorgeous knives, decent quality for the price

    The Topfeel 3PC Japanese Chef Knife Set is a really good looking set of knives. They get a full five stars for visual appeal - the blade pattern and texture is striking, and the rustic antler-like handles really set off the look. I do love the look of them a lot.The performance is okay. They arrived sharp but not incredibly so - they cut sufficiently out of the box but better after some sharpening. The high carbon stainless blades have handled being washed and dried with no signs of rust or anything, so they seem to be as described. There are some minor scratches lengthwise on each blade that
