This model has the features we will use: presets for white rice and brown rice, and two we probably won't, for porridge and soup. This is the best rice cooker I’ve ever bought in my lifetime 😁. It cooked the best brown rice, fluffy and nutty. The solid ceramic inner pot works wonder no chemical lining that peels and gets into your food. No visible steam coming out from the top like my old rice cooker, the steam recycles back to the rice and steam the rice beautifully. Love it!

I waited a few weeks before writing a review, so far so good. The ceramic pot is the primary reason why I bought this rice cooker. Many of the others I saw only had a ceramic coating. For the most part I'm satisfied, it does the job of cooking rice. It does take a little longer vs my previous rice cooker (50 mins vs 30 min), but I assume that's due to the thicker ceramic pot, a trade off that I'm ok with. I like the fact that rice does not stick to ceramic, saves me from having to scrap off rice; The pot is fairly easy to clean. I wished this rice cooker played a chime/melody when it was done

I just want a white and safer cooker to cook 3 cups brown rice every day, but it was so hard for me to find smaller size, white color, ceramic inner liner, stainless steel top, easy to use, cook well, and easy to clean...... I'm so glad I finally found and bought this one. BTW, the smell issue only appeared in the very beginning. After using it one or two times, no smell anymore.

have used it twice and now always says error code E4 as soon as its plugged in
