I picked this up for my latest blacked-out build, and the aesthetics are spot-on. The black and silver combo looks incredibly clean and premium—it has a "pro" texture that really stands out without being flashy. The embossed jacket cables are a huge plus; they're much easier to manage than standard stiff cables and keep the interior looking tidy.Performance-wise, it’s been rock solid and whisper-quiet under load.Plus, with an 80+ Platinum rating and a 7-year warranty, it’s basically a "set it and forget it" component.

Awesome psu. Looks amazing. Very light for a psu. Wires look good but are rubber like a gummy bracelet they feel weird to the tuch. Easy to pull through thou they don't hang up at all. Makes the build go fast. Get cabel combs they don't come with enough.

Overall, this is a good power supply. It has plenty of power, the fully modular design keeps the build cleaner, and the cables were straightforward to work with. It has been reliable in my system so far, and I have not had any problems with noise or stability.My issue is the value. After comparing PSU test results and other models in the same price range, this one seems more middle of the pack than exceptional. Compared to Thermaltake and Asus it is offering more for a less cost. The look is stylish and the build quality is very solid. I like the fact that it comes with embossed jacket cables and the yellow PCIe 5.1. Make sure it is all the way in. Backed with 7 years warranty is a plus and cable management is very easy.

I was looking at different power supplies for a my nephews new computer build. We worked together and he did some research for what would be great now and still work down the road for when he upgrades to a better graphics card or whatever else he adds in. We were looking at different brands and after some research he choose this one because of what you get for the cost. The MSI PRO A1000PL PCIE5 is a great value for the price and super future proof for his needs. Definitely recommend for a first timer build looking at getting a great power supply for now and the future.

The Pro A1000PL has to be one of my top favorite power supply designs of all time. Super sleek, very modern looking, and a great addition to any minimalistic build. Not only is the design great, but the performance of this PSU is second to none and it comes with a 7 year warranty to top it off! Cable management is definitely less of a hassle with the embossed jacket cables included with the PSU. Overall great component to power any build!

Nice budget 1000 watt Psu from Msi. Powers an overclocked 14700K flawlessly and an overclocked Strix 3080 ti also with no problems.Cable management is decent, but could include more cable combs. Low fan noise and 12VHPWR compatible.
