This might sound like exaggeration, but this is the easily the best appliance purchase I've ever made. Yes, it does 17,000 different things, but the three below are why it's something I can't do without:(1) It's the best crock pot I've ever owned because it's non-stick. I've re-warmed queso in it multiple times on vacation, left it on high/burned the queso, and it still just slides out of the pot.(2) Any meals (stews/chicken spaghetti/etc) that require braising/sautéing before making a "soup" inevitably dirty every pan in your kitchen. I adore this Ninja Possible Cooker! It has completely replaced the usual jumble of pots and pans that used to occupy several cabinets. Like all Ninja products I've tried, it's well-made and also intuitive, very easy to use in place of a variety of cooking methods. Great brand, great cooker, baker, crock pot all in one. The best thing is, you can control the heat with it. I did buy the silicone handle coverings so I don't have to constantly use hot pads. I even gave away 3 crock pots I had used over the years just to make room for this new kitchen toy. I ordered the 6.5 qt. cooker and have used it every day since it was delivered. Started with something simple...white rice...which cooked it better than my rice cooker!
