OXO Good Grips Stainless Steel Sponge Holder

This is very nice and a very well made sink caddy. It holds a standard kitchen 5x3" sponge and allows you to separate the sponge from other items like a scrub brush, dishcloth or scouring pads. The bottom drip tray easily detaches and is easy to empty and clean. The caddy is very sturdy, heavy, and stays put. The optional dividers are easily removed for cleaning and clean well on the top rack of the dishwasher. Without the divider, it will also hold a small bottle of dish soap or hand lotion. Very definitely would purchase again.,

Excellent counter caddy. This is the second one I've bought (for a second kitchen). It keeps everything organized, allows things to dry, and it's easy to empty the drain if needed. However, I find I rarely need to empty the bottom tray because everything gets enough circulation to air dry and prevent "gunk" buildup. It looks very tidy on the counter. I prefer the white one because it's easier to keep clean. I have the stainless steel one as well, but found I needed to clean it more often. I know I sound like an advertisement, but I do love this item.

Got this along with the oxo stainless steel dish brush and they pair very nicely. Yes the color seems to be stainless steel on the caddy but to be honest it feels quite cheap, like plastic. With that said it’s a great size for my needs and looks great next to my sink! Is it worth the price? I don’t know. But as of now I’m happy and will update if that changes.

WHAT WAS I LOOKING FOR?I was looking for a caddy that would let the contents (sponge, dish brush, water bottle brush, straw brush, etc.) drain (preventing mold) but also would (ideally) drain into the sink. I also wanted it to be rustproof, since it'd be in contact with a lot of water being at the kitchen sink. And lastly, since I am a germ freak, I want to be able to wash the item properly.WHAT I LIKED:❤️ It's plastic, so no problem with rust there❤️ The bottom compartment (doesn't drain into the sink :( ), but it does have a spout that makes it easy to dump into sink without having to "open"

Sits in side of sink and holds utensils until ready to wash. Pretty useful.

I started purchasing OXO products many years ago after being gifted one utensil. SUCH practical and thoughtful designs! It's great to be able to easily dump the water that builds up in the pull-out bottom, and there's a graduated shelf on one side that works great for sponges! Highly recommend.
