OXO Good Grips Stronghold Suction Sponge Holder

I have tried several of the other cheaper sponge holders, but I found them to be garbage. This oxo is the best! It stays in place, the suction cups don't bend and loose suction, and they don't slide down the sink. The fact that you can take the holder off and the suction cup stays in place is a great feature when you're washing large pots. I would highly recommend this product.

This my favorite sponge holder. It’s easy to attach to the sink and holds are regular sponge.I attached mine closest to where you’d stand, if you’re at the sink. I really like this sponge holder! The suction holds well and it gives my sponge a place to dry instead of sitting on the counter or in the bottom of the sink. It’s simple, sturdy and keeps my sink area looking much neater. OXO makes good products, and I’m very happy with this one!

This was my "you know you're old when" item. I have had a suctioned scrubby holder in my sink for years and it was always falling down, which was super annoying. But single holders for inside the sink all seemed to be the same. So when I found this one that has the little lever to make sure you get a good suction, I was unreasonably excited. So far it has worked great too. Yes, it has come off a couple times, but it sure is staying on a lot more than my old one was. This is from a good company and was a good price too, so I have no complaints.

An honest review as I've had this piece for 5 yrs.now. I have an old metal sink. 97% of the time it is suctioned on and doesn't move. But yes here and there it slips off. Usually when I am doing really heavy cleaning of large pots and pans that keep bumping it, when the whole sink needs cleaning well as embarrassing enough, sometimes a full deep scrubbing occurs once a month. (Or longer...don't judge) Or when the sink is getting hit with oils from PTSD and pans often. But again it falling off is usually the reminder, I don't know, TO CLEAN! So I clean everything well, toss it in the dishwasher

I love this sponge holder. It stays in place well, but what I appreciate most is that it’s easy to remove and reposition whenever needed. The basket can also be removed from the suction cup base, which is great when I want a little extra room in the sink. It keeps my sponge off the bottom of the sink so it can dry better, and it has worked exactly as intended. Simple, practical, and easy to use.

This works just as it is intended to. It is nice to have a gross sponge out of sight instead of sitting on top of my counter. The suction cup works great as long as you clean the area you are applying it to. I made sure to wash the area completely and then hit it with some rubbing alcohol to ensure there was no hidden grease that could cause it to loss suction. So far so good! This is definitely another amazing OXO product.

This thing stays so well and is so cute and sturdy and then out of NO WHERE about once a month it will just fly off of my refrigerator. I’m not sure why it has this fit every month but otherwise it’s a very good sponge holder. Not sure I would re-buy, I’m a bit conflicted on its durability. Also, it is a bit annoying to re-attach to surfaces (you have to remove the holder part so you can get to the suction part, kind of hard to explain). It’s decent.
