I’ve very pleased with my new Razor Blackwinow keyboard. I’m not a gamer, but I do a great deal of typing, and the mechanical “green tactile and clicky” keys are perfect for my work.The only drawback is the secondary functions on the keys. I’m talking about the ones with two symbols (such as the numerical and punctuation keys). The secondary symbols are not back lit. They're printed on a black key with a relatively dark gray paint. They're hard to see in a dimly lit room. Not being a touch typist, I have to stop and look for the secondary functions. A minor inconvenience. I hope that is addres

I have been using this keyboard about two months, but primarily not for gaming and more for typing and other office tasks in my home office. I got the variant with green switches, and it is clicky as advertised. It is very satisfying and I find I can get a nice audible indicator that I have pressed a key properly. The RGB isn’t very important to me but it adds a nice touch. The Black Widow software was easy to program and the only time I see it is a brief (5 second) splash screen as it loads on startup.When I do use the keyboard for gaming it is responsive and performs well enough for my needs

I've been a Cherry Brown user for several years but decided it was time to give clickly switches a try. I considered Cherry MX Blues, but I found those to be too obnoxious from my testing at the store. Razer's green switches seemed to have a similar but faster feel while not being as loud, so I decided to give it a try. These have quickly won me over, and I am a huge fan of these. I also like the ability to customize the RGB in the Razer software. The Razer Blackwidow is a fantastic mid range mechanical keyboard! I chose the clicky and tactile green switches, and they feel great. This is my first mechanical keyboard, but I have borrowed my friends Logitech keyboard before. Personally I like Razer’s custom switches better, but that’s just my personal preference. This is coming from someone who's never had a technical keyboard in their life. I've never even typed on one before. Upon receiving this product and pressing my fingers on the keyboard it was such an satisfying feeling I went straight to notepad and just typed for like 5 mins straight haha. I went with the Green switches I love the clicks as I type. It's satisfying too when i'm typing fast. I got this renewed with no issues at all got this bad boy super cheap. I love this keyboard. The software is intuitive. It feels comfortable without a wrist rest which is nice. I love the LED lights and all of the customizable options. It can be linked to an echo dot for more personalized options. And it is clacky which I wanted when searching for a good mechanical keyboard. It is satisfying clicking the keys.
