This is a great stove.

I received this stove and everything seemed fine. Days in I experience problems getting the oven on and less than one month later (March 1st to be exact) in the middle of my baking the oven shut down and has not come back on since. I reached out to the seller. I sent pictures and videos to prove what I was experiencing, showed proof of my purchase and after all thar I was told I was not eligible for warranty because I shipped out of state. Works well my only complaint is the clock is very bright with no dimmer or adjustment. I know what you're thinking...that's kind of silly. I guess I have a night light for the kitchen. The important thing is is that it's a good oven and stove. The one change I would have made is to have the extra large burner in the center for the wok attachment... just installed it by the gas line plumbers, so sweet, fit like a glove into my current kitchen range space. so important measure before buying. Its simple to make operate, good very good owners manual etc.looking forward to many productive years with it.

First, I ordered this and when it was shipped to my house, the glass was completely shattered - took a long time for the replacement. I'm optimistic, so I patiently waited. Got the new one, all good. After less than one year, the oven started doing an intermittent beeping and would not turn on. I called it in and it was covered by warranty, but as I said it happened intermittently. They asked for a video of the beeping and not turning on occurring - of course it would not happen. After my research from great consumers, turns out it is an igniter issue and very common. Okay so far no major issues 2 months later. Oven temp runs very accurate and the convention feature works very well. It arrived with no defects and installation was easy. The only thing so far that I'm not satisfied with is the plus button on the controls for the clock and timer gets stuck. Appliances might last you five years so I'm already looking into what the next piece of garbage will have to replace this one.

So far, so good. Looks great and feels solid. Installation was easy and no parts missing. Was looking for a range with manual controls and limited automation, this range seems to fit the bill. Time will tell on durability, but I am hoping that limited electronic controls will help on dependability.

If I could give this negative 1 million stars, I would. The oven quit working exactly one year and 2 days after the warranty ran out. No one knows how to fix it, and I mean no one. Oh, except for the place they told me was a certified dealer, which is more than 250 miles from my home. Yeah, okay. They refused to work with me on anything and kept asking me to send them the same information and videos repeatedly. Then I bought a new motherboard after I replaced the ignitor, and that didn't work. Oh, and there are no returns. So, I have a motherboard that I can't use. I may hang it on my Christma
