Works great and very flexible because you can adjust the voltage for many applications. It also comes with a wide variety of tips that make it work with basically any device within its power output capabilities. I got this to power a Halloween prop, but I'm glad to know that I can adjust it and use if for many other things when it's not Halloween. The build quality is solid and it performs well all around.

Been using this for a little over a month for powering a blu ray drive. Works well. The connectors have a firm fit. The power supply can easily be adjusted from 3.3 to 24 volts, but the knob is a little tricky to get dialed in perfectly. It is very sensitive. This is a compact variable DC power supply. It has a digital display of the output voltage which is accurate to 2 decimal places. The power supply comes with a variety of adapters to fit many DC input connectors. It also has an adapter for bare wires, which is what I am using. I see many five star reviews for this and similar - but they don't deserve it. The general weakness is that it is virtually impossible to select the actual number you need. You want 5 volts? Good luck. Settle for 5.05 or something else. I can see having set points and then variables inbetween, but not a complete variable range.

For DBpower users, this item works to power the tiny hole in your unit. I opened the box, and the tiniest adapter worked. There are features I can't review because I've not had time to test them yet. But my DBpower Cave of Images is up and running, and that's all I care about for now.
