    Measurements don't really accomodate the machine.

    I have a 19" long machine, and thought this wold be perfect, however even though the bag says 20.5" there is zipper overlap and you can't get a 19" machine into the bag. The opening to put the bag in is less that 19" for sure.I wouldn't try to put any machine over 17" long into this carrier because the opening is just over 17".Otherwise the bag seems sturdy and would be reliable, but the measurements are misleading.

    Didn't like the material and inner flaps

    I didn't like the material and the inner flaps of the zipper, which makes it a bit difficult to put my machine in and take out of the bag. It is thin padded and the outer material itself is made of some cheap thin flimsy polyester fabric. The only thing I liked is the embroidery of the logo which I can do myself since I'm running an embroidery shop. The bag will do its job but in my opinion at $119 it is over priced. I returned this Singer bag to purchase the "Everything Mary 4 Wheels Collapsible" for $114 as replacement which is much sturdier, better and nicer design, more pockets and is made
