Sunnecko Chef Knife & Nakiri Knife

This has become my favorite knife in my kitchen. I picked it up looking for something new, and I'm glad I took a chance on this nakiri style.The blade is thin and lightweight compared to my old chef's knife, which makes it easier to control during long cooking sessions. I've used it heavily over the past month prepping vegetables and it glides through them all smoothly. It's also better at precision work than my chef's knife. I got this knife as it was in sale but I don't regret getting it and I will pay full price for it. It is great. Came with a lot of sharpness and it hasn't lost it even after cutting several veggies. I've been treating it with care so it hasn't rust at all or anything. It seems like this is high quality and actually the handle feels very nice to the touch. I'll recommend this knife 100% to everybody

I really love this knife! It’s sharp, feels great to use, and works really well for chopping and cutting. I would have given it 5 stars, but unfortunately the cover is an issue. Mine got wet and wouldn’t dry out, so I eventually had to throw the cover away. The knife itself is great, but I wish the cover was designed so moisture couldn’t get trapped inside.

After seeing a Chef use a similar type knifeI decide to try one. I’m glad I did, it’s become my favorite knife in the kitchen. It’s extremely sharp and very well balanced. I like it so much I ordered their Chef knife and pairing knife. It seems like a lot of knife for a very reasonable price. I just hope it stays sharp for a while and responds well to sharpening.

This based purely on the price. There are much better knives out there and you will pay much more for them. The quality is above what I expected at this price point. The Damascus isn't throughout the blade but it still looks nice. It had a comfortable feel in the hand and was decently sharp straight out of the box. It was much better after I sharpened it and has held the edge well. For the price point, size, and edge retention it's a five star product.
