These are some outstandingly sharp knives out of the box! I appreciate the handles having an easy grip on all of them as some of the smaller knives out there tend to not be well made. The size variety is an outstandingly good value for kitchen knives. I highly recommend them as I've had no issues with them with several months of use in my kitchen.

These are the sweetest set of butcher knives I've ever seen. They cut so smooth, better than cutco knives that have been newly sharpened even.The beauty of these knives are a statement and conversation in themselves but the exceptional functionality surpasses its own beauty even.So we give these a good challenge - We cut a large pork butt down into 1.5 inch steaks while it was completely thawed using the largest butcher knife here, it surpassed the test!! It went through (like melted butter) without much movement of the meat at all which is hard to do without partially freezing the meat first
