I order this long time ago and still works perfectly is ease to clean and have the perfect size.

I’m Asian so rice is a staple in our home. I bought this one because I didn’t want to invest in the Tiger brand. This is pretty good. Rice stays nice. We love it. I cook a pot in the morning before work, by the time my kids get home from school, they’ll have it rice ready. I get home in the evening and it’s perfect. Rice cooks in 20 mins but let it rest a little before consuming. I would buy this again.We had the cheaper Walmart ones … my family didn’t like it. The rice would get soggy and the bottom would burn.

Well, the product is looking good, but it doesn’t work as good as it looks. It cooks good, but it doesn’t warm good. It looks like the electric warmer is too high and causes hardening on the rice that touched the surface of the cooker and also causes a lot of moisture on rice itself. It’s not good to warm rice at all, I’m not recommending this rice cooker for anyone who wants a good rice cooker. The price matching the quality.

I lived in Indonesia for a few years and fell in love with my rice cooker there; however, it wasn't compatible here once I moved back. I didn't want a programmable cooker and it was very hard to find a simple one like this that had good reviews and was affordable.It cooks rice well, but I have not been able to figure out how to not burn the rice at the bottom. I have tried adding more water, less water, making sure I am cooking enough rice, etc. but nothing has worked. My last cooker suggested letting the rice sit for 10 minutes before opening the top, but if you don't unplug and open this one

This rice cooker works great and is very easy to use. The rice comes out perfect every time. It’s simple, convenient, and a good size for everyday cooking. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Easily use and good quality

Needed an affordable rice cooker to be able to make rice for a crowd. First time using it, added the water to the line for the number of cups of rice I wanted to make. I was skeptical as it seemed like way too much water. I was right. Rice was extremely mushy. If you get this rice cooker, use the finger method to add water. Put the rice in the pot, add water until it reaches the first knuckle on your index finger from the top of the rice. Your rice will turn out perfect every time.
