Got this for my husband for a gift. He was getting into woodworking so I was trying to support his new hobby and needed to get something more cheaper. This is great! It works perfect for what he does and it is very durable. So many bits to do all types of projects. Easy to use and switch between bits.
Great kit for the beginner, come with many bits to meet different needs. The adjustable depth setting design makes it easy to handle different projects with precision. Powerful, easy to use, and budget friendly!
Great for small projects, it cut 1/2 inch board with no issues. The instructions are a little confusing for a 1st time user, but not pleased with the results. I like the different bits and was able to make a nice smooth rounded edge on my subwoofer box.
This is not worth the purchase priceI cannot secure the bit in the chuck/collet It will not tighten up on the bit, I don't know what to do with this thing as it is too late to return it. and it is unsafe to use.Piece of junk. Do not buy.
A good little router for light work. Warning, Do not use the included bits. You wil regret it. The cutting edges are not-so-thick steel plates. At high speed they flex...even on pine...and will gouge your work. Also, the bearing on the fluted mouding bit burned out and off after 24" of work.Invest in solid steel bits. I used some I had and got much better results.
routed out 3 hinge areas for 10 doors yesterday...only takes a few seconds per hinge...side adjustment [depth of cut] was figured out quickly...small mark w black marker assured same depth for all...have not used any of the other accessories yet...
Good instructions for a beginner, with a little help from Utube University. Took a little practice but I got all 16 of my cabinet doors finished with minor mistakes. Had to order a 16 inch tool box for protective storage
