I purchases one of these Wyze Window Cameras for a blind spot my security system cameras did not cover. I found the camera of good quality, easy to setup, and with good video quality both day and night. I now have two more. The only issue I have is that sometimes they do not pick up things my security cameras do, and vice versa. I've had Wyze cameras inside my home for years and found them of good quality and value. I’m torn on how to leave a review for this camera. Some features are great, some are not. The functionality of it is fine and has a wonderful night vision. The image is clear and I like that you can set it to pick up people only. I don’t have a complaint at all about the actual camera. I do have a complaint about the requirements to pay their fee in order to get the same functions. This camera is perfect. I have this in a front window of my house and it perfectly captures anyone coming up my driveway or the sidewalk. I like the idea that you can’t mess with it outside and the image is extremely clear. During the night if someone is across the street it’s blurry but the motion detection has been great. It records short clips every time it catches motion which for me is perfectly fine. If you need something quick and fairly priced that doesn’t compromise the quality, this will work well for you.

Apr 20, 2026:I bought this Wyze window cam as a more economical alternative to replace a Panasonic Home Hawk window cam that stopped working. Personally, I hate subscriptions but decided to see if the SD card only option would meet my needs. I found it relatively easy to set up, though the pairing process required repeated tries. Also, I had to configure 2.4G on my Wi-Fi since this camera doesn't work with 5G. I'm using it with a Samsung A53 5g and it seems compatible.The camera is very lightweight and seems like it will stay on the window okay. The mounting sticker adheres well to a clean win

For such an inexpensive camera, we can see our garden at night like it’s daylight. Everything is sharp and full colors just as it is in the daytime! Amazing . We watch the birds, possums and raccoons and they have no idea.

This is easy to install. The picture quality is good. It is not obvious looking from the outside, but if you look carefully you can tell that there is a camera on the window.We don't need to peek through the blinds to see what's going on outside, as we did before. I can see it using the app on the phone from anywhere.I wish the SD card video playback had a speed control. 3 stars because on humid days it doesn’t stay stuck to the window. It’s fallen off my placement twice now. When it is in place the image is pretty good but not as good as I would have liked. I have other versions of Wyze cams with better images, but it does the job when it stays stuck.It’s one view so if your looking for a camera to move or pan Che k out their other cameras they’re pretty good.A great use for this camera is if you have a window bird feeder.. get up close and personal.
