    Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem gekauften Messer. Tolle Verarbeitung, schönes Muster auf der Klinge und im Holz und wirklich sehr sehr scharfe Klinge. Durch die polierte Klinge hat das Messer auch eine sehr geringe Reibung im Brot, fast wie ein Teflon-Effekt. Wem es das Geld wert ist bekommt ein tolles Messer und was fürs Auge.
