For the price of 1 Dalstrong knife you get 3 of these got them on sale 90$ totally worth that price hands down they are totally fake Japanese steel and not Damascus they are just great Chinese knives with the Chinese version of the Japanese steel, great weight good balance and they are sharp love the way they cut much better then my gladiator chef knife I bought for my dad that thing is super heavy gets dull fast and can be a little work to put a edge back on it. Great, affordable knives

I had never heard of this brand Fintiso before, but I saw them on vine. I got these for my mom to use at their lake house, as I noticed when I stay there she had a bunch of dulled knives in the drawer. She does a lot of cooking and baking, and I wanted her to have some truly nice knives. I was not disappointed with these. She doesn't get excited about a lot of stuff, but when she got a chance to actually use these, she was noticeably impressed with them.
