Product works awesome. Video is very clear. The colors are vibrant and the entire unit is very sleek looking. The 7 inch size monitor is perfect! The set up was straightforward. However the monitor stopped working after about six months. I traced the problem to a loose wire going to the monitor. Likely caused by the suction cup coming loose and straining the electrical cord to the monitor. I contacted the company and they got back to me within one day (despite being a holiday weekend) ! easy to install -- left the wire from the camera external without even drilling. the padding around the trunk/hatch isn't hurting it, and the wire is then easy to bury under carpets/mats. if you don't even want to fish around for the tail light wire, put the 12v plug in and the on/off button works like a charm (make sure you turn it off so the LEDs to the rear don't offend your fellow drivers or local authorities; another plug for manually powering it on/off is to ensure it doesn't drain your battery if your outlet is hot even with vehicle off).camera has crisp picture (make sure you take off

This product, the camera and monitor are EXCELLENT in function, in quality and in service. Cam/monitor resolution is excellent -- very clear images. The snow is falling and I'm prepared to plow two drives in the morning. The problem in the past was how close to the buildings I could back my tractor without hitting them with the rear plow. That problem now appears to be solved with this backup camera. Installation was straight-forward, with just a few modifications in running the wires. The installation and set-up instructions are VERY clear to understand (rare these days). The view on the monitor mounted on the hood of the tractor is EXTREMELY clear. I bought a Bluetooth one of these for my truck from a place that rhymes with Bosco. I installed it and it worked fine but I always ran the battery down because I'd forget to turn it off. The battery was in the license plate frame and it eventually wouldn't take a charge. I discover it was made without replaceable/ rechargeable batteries so irritatingly that becomes disposable. So I look for a replacement camera for it because the display screen still worked fine, it was the frame w/camera that choked.
