So far I'm really enjoying this laptop. I haven't done much actual gaming with it - just opened Baldur's Gate 3 and walked around for a minute, which did not lag, something I'm very grateful for and excited to test out more later. The people who said they couldn't change the single color lighting mode didn't click on the little red square to open the color picker. I was able to get my keyboard to glow a single color that I chose to match my wallpaper. Did a ton of research on gaming laptops, and this had the best feature set for the money, by far. Once it arrived, and I put it through its paces, I was not disappointed.You can see the specs, so no need to belabor all of that. But fantastic combination of processor, RAM, storage, and video card. Every game I've played has run smoothlessly. Also amazed how quiet it is. Previous gaming laptops I've owned had exteremly noisy fans. I rarely write a review, but I felt it necessary to let people know my experience. I bought this computer and for the first 20 days, it worked just fine. Suddenly, I started getting BSOD left and right every time I started it, and even in the middle of doing things. I researched it, did everything I could do to resolve my issue, yet they persisted. Messaged a tech and ended up mailing it to him. He said it was and SSD failure and replaced the chip and even said this is a known issue. Within 2 days of getting my laptop back, I got 3 more BSOD. I would like to point out I was refunded completely

When I sought warranty service, the manufacturer advised that the device was originally sold through Best Buy and directed me there for support, despite my purchase being made through Amazon. The seller later confirmed Best Buy was their supplier.Because of this, I was unable to access the manufacturer warranty as expected. Buyers may wish to confirm warranty eligibility before purchasing.
