Disappointed is an understatement! I was so excited to finally be able to purchase a blender powerful enough to make smoothies for my family. I have a very picky eater and being able to "sneak" in some veggies with smoothies and sauces would have been great but unfortunately I made smoothies 4 times and then it started smoking. I followed all of the directions for how to add ingredients and how to turn it on and off so I'm not sure if I was just sold a bad unit or if the product isn't as dependable as advertised. The fact that you can't put it in the dishwasher is a huge con. Everything else about this blender is excellent. I am hard on blenders and this one stands up well. It is worth the money if you don't mind handwashing it.

I bought this blender as a Christmas gift for my best friend. Mind you I bought it in October because they had a bang and deal. Come Christmas we opened the blender and the smaller one that she was most interested in because of her smoothies was missing a gasket. The little rubber piece at the top of the lid that keeps everything from gushing out. I was a little nervous, but I reached out to the company and let them know what happened. They quickly went into action, sending me to all the proper spots and now the gasket is on the way here. Their customer service is quick and precise. They keep

This blender works very well until it don’t. I got mine Aug 17, 2025 & got one Sept 28, 2025 for a friend. They both do not work now. Both would run hot after blender 1 pitcher than you have to let it cool down first it was for some hours, than the cool down was for a day, now it has been 3 days and it will not come back on.
