Bought this camera set to use as a nanny cam for my puppy while away from the house. We didn’t want to spend a lot of money on a home camera setup so gave these a try. The cameras are small and very easy to set up with the free Blurams app, as it guides you through the entire process step by step. (To note: the app does try to get you to sign up for their membership/ cloud service. But it is not needed to be able to use the app and camera). Very good quality cameras with a lot of useful features like motion and sound detection, area of interest, night vision, and more. They were easy to setup - just plug them in and connect to your wi-fi using the app and they're ready to go. The notifications for motion and sound events are great and you can set them to record only the events or continuously. You also get free limited cloud recording, but I opted to get a 128GB micro SD card for video storage and on the SD setting it looks like I'll be able to get at least 24 hours of continuous recording. Got these cameras for my cat to keep an eye on things when I'm not there, and I love these cameras. I can talk through the camera (which always confuses my cat), but I also really like that I can take pictures through the app.The night vision is honestly the coolest part. Pros: helps moniter loved ones. I got it to keep an eye on my mom, who's paralyzed and bed ridden, While im at work. Gives peice of mind. Cons: some glitches during recording, needs more up to date recocognition of people and things. Camera calls me a pet when I come into view. A bug is considered a person approaching. A flower pot is called a dog sitting by gate. And anytime a person walks by my house camera saying someone stole my package. Lol but works for the most part and reasonable price.
