After years of not using a blender much, always bought the cheapest that Walmart had to offer. I had no idea that a blender this powerful and well made was available at such a low price. I have been using it daily for smoothies and the auto blend feature is just about perfect. I walk away and come back and the smoothie is there, no tamping, no nothing. As far as noise complaints go, I don't think you can have something with a motor this size that doesn't make some noise while happily crushing ices cubes into dust. Definitely worth every penny!

Really strong blender, great for making smoothies, salsa, etc but can get very loud only downside everything about it works great, easy to clean with its cleaning mode, the blades are strong and sharp and good ice crushing power

Love this blender.I've only used this with the portable, small cup. I wanted something with good power, adjustable controls, well made, but with the efficiency of the small portable cups. This is it. The cover/base that locks in to the machine is heavy since it's made out of metal, not cheap plastic (which is the part that broke on our last machine). It doesn't show measurements other than the 20 oz mark. It has several settings, including an auto blend I love using. It detects how much power it needs and blends accordingly. I purchased this blender with cautious optimism, which, as it turns out, was two emotions too many. We had a turbulent run together for about nine months. At first it was a great, quiet blender, I was impressed. THEN, all of a sudden two months in, the rubber ring in the lid decided to break.
