    Fun in the kitchen

    I have enjoyed making panini sandwiches with this griddler. Just grilled some burgers and it worked well.

    Perfect Size For 2

    I love the brand, Cuisinart, so I have the bigger version of this that I had gotten a few years back when my son and granddaughter were living with us. Now it’s just the two of us. I’m downsizing everything including small kitchen appliances. I love this one. It’s a perfect size. I love the different settings that it has, the floating top making it so it’s an even cook, and the coding on the plates it’s so easy to clean. Like I said, I’ve always been a fan of Cuisinart and I am still today.

    You Need to Have Good Cooking Skills

    had a Cuisinart grill for about 20 years but my old one was on/off so it didn't take much skill on my part. It wasn't smokeless so I mostly used it to heat bread because cooking anything else was too messy. I was worried about being I've able to use the more modern one after looking at the how-to videos; it seemed really complicated—and it is!It took me three days to figure out how to turn the grill on and another two days to figure out how to broil a chicken fillet, which came out pretty dry. The key to improving my technique was reading the recipe book when I realized that the Art of Cooking
