Hampton Forge – Rochester – 15 Piece Knife Block Set – Black

I bought this set in Jan 2024 and its now July 2025 and they are still as sharp as when I first got them. I have used them on plastic, wood, and glass cutting boards. They are still like new and I absolutely love them. As with any decent knifes you can not put them in dishwasher or soak them. Hand wash and dry before putting them away and you will have a great set of knife for many years

This is a terrific set for the price! The block looks nice on the counter, the knives have enough substance to not feel cheap, the handles are comfortable to use. Time will tell how they hold up but I am pleasantly surprised by these. Everything arrived in perfect condition, there was enough protection given to withstand shipping.

These knives are really nice they don't feel or look cheaply made.Nice bit of weight to them like you'd expect.

Knives get blotches & rust spots super easy. I've always purchased stainless knives & have never had this happen with any other brand before. They are nice & sharp and are comfortable to hold, so that's a plus. I'd just recommend washing & drying them immediately.

Way better than the knife sets you would find at big box stores for the same price. Forged, stainless and weighted. I don't see myself needing another knife set for a long time!

Love this knife set and am very impressed with the stainless blades. They are super sharp with a fine edge. Easy to sharpen when needed. The handles feel good when gripping - they are supposed to be ergonomically made, and I agree that they are. The real wood block is nicely sized to fit anywhere in a countertop without taking up too much space. My favorite knife out of the 13 is the pairing knife. There’s also a pair of kitchen scissors great set for you or wedding gift.

I had hoped to get a reasonably good set of kitchen knives, but this set isn't it.One step above, "Junk".Looks like good knives cost much more.Returned set.
