HP Essential Laptop 2026, Intel CPU, 128GB Storage, Office 365, Windows 11

Keep in mind that this is more of a rant, and I'm half asleep, but this is what I've gone through so far with the product.Originally came from an hp g62 2010 - 2018, was able to make the laptop last. Finally wanted to upgrade and saw this on sale, so I went for it and it was what I wanted in a laptop for what I do: Music, School, Youtube, Slaughtering Demons.The rant and rave of an individual:The screen is very nice, I can confirm it is an In-plane Switching Monitor or (IPS) as I do not have to center the screen or move my body to get a great view of it, unlike a lot of TN panels that I've use

Item as expected. Easy setup and no issues. Delivery was quick and per specific delivery instructions. Would definitely buy again when needed.

Pros: good hardware, SSD running the OS is very fast. Runs games better and smoother than my Xbox one. Light and durable case.Cons: writing this about a month in. This is a laptop for setting on a desk and plugged in at all times. Too hot to game in your lap and the power supply could boil an egg. The power receptacle into the laptop feels fragile and could wiggle and start to break if you aren't careful, and probably is not an easy fix if you can't charge your battery anymore. This computer is so slow. Do not waste your money on it. And definitely go with a company that will give more than a 30 day window of return. Got the computer for college and could not run anything on it. Even doing simple tasks took forever to do. Have had many HP computers before this one so didn't hesitate purchasing it. It was purchased before college to get set and finally saw the problems with it when it was taken college to do school work. And when things were explained Omnitech Global their response was you missed the return the window. Most places will give you a 90 window for return.

As advertised ir was supposed to include Windows Office but did not. HP/Amazon resolved the issue and provided the information so Windows Office could be downloaded. This was achieved after many calls. The computer itself works well and at a reasonable price.
